I have been performing inspections since 2003, and have completed over 1300 residential inspections since then.  For more than a decade we have provided honest, objective, and thorough inspections of existing homes, new construction, and manufactured homes.  Our reports include digital photos with clear and concise narratives describing our findings.  We encourage the client to participate in the inspection process, to follow us step by step during the inspection, and ask any questions needed to clarify anything about the property or its condition.  We conduct post-inspection conferences to discuss findings and answer any further questions you may have regarding the property.  The client will understand every item by the time we are finished.

I am a member in good standing of the following organizatons, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and the Exterior Design Institute.

The Exterior Design Institute (EDI) is a non-profit organization founded for the purpose of training and certifying Building Envelope and EIFS Inspectors and moisture analysts to promote quality control with the construction industry. The EDI's EIFS Third Party Inspector Certification is the most widely recognized certification around the world for EIFS inspection.  I completed the course work and passed the comprehensive exam in Oct 2003.
